Terms & Conditions
NameFame is registered under sole proprietorship. Below Terms and Conditions set out what you can expect from us and the terms on which you agree while placing the order.
Placing the order
- To place an order with us, you must be over 18 years of age, and should have a mechanism to pay us online via debit card, credit card , net-banking, Paytm, Google Pay etc.
- We reserve the right to decline any order or to suspend your Account under any suspicious activity.
Delivery
- We will always aim to deliver your order at the earliest. However, since all our products are customized, when the flow of the order is more, it gets delayed by couple of days.
- We use 3rd party delivery services and If nobody is available at the primary delivery address. They will try to deliver twice and if not reached, they return the product back to us. We will inform the same to you but for the delivery to happen again, you will need to take care of the delivery charges.
- Events outside our control, for example, extreme weather conditions, may occasionally mean we are unable to deliver your goods at the time agreed. In these circumstances, we will contact you as early as possible to rearrange the delivery time. In such an event, our liability to you shall be limited to the price of the goods ordered and the cost of delivery.
Returns
- Since, our products are personalized with your kids name. We can accept the return until the product is defective.
- If the product is defective, you need to inform us with 24 hours of receiving the order and we will replace the product
